About the Presenter:
John M.
Cachat has spent over 25 years in designing, implementing, and maintaining
quality management systems (QMS). As the Director of Quality Engineering for a
major aircraft landing gear manufacturer, Cachat was the project manager of a
US Air Force effort to design a business system to perform all the
non-inventory, non-financial business processes. This project design lead to
the creation of an internationally recognized QMS model.
