About the Presenter:
John Casey is Chief Operating Officer of PRISM performance improvement company. John has over 35 years of manufacturing experience in automotive, and has been the Director of Supplier Quality for GM North America as well as a Program Manager for Toyota. John has been the Chairman of ASQ’s Automotive Division and has served on the board of Directors for the Automotive Industry Action Group. He was on the core team for Cadillac’s winning of the Malcolm Baldrige Award and is the author of “Strategic Error Proofing,” Productivity Press 2008.
