How Small Businesses are Keeping up with Rapid Growth

Tuesday, December 14, 2010
2:00 PM to 3:00 PM EDT

Many small business owners struggle with the challenges of a rapid increase in business.  Sales and leads are coming in fast, and all of a sudden your normal way of carrying out business is no longer an efficient means of keeping up.  In order to grow, it is necessary to improve what you are currently doing, all while staying within budget.

This webinar discussion will touch base on the following topics:

  • Do you need to hire more people?
  • Do you need to expand your facility or sub-contract?
  • Are your computer systems capable of expanding?
  • Are there processes that you do not use today, but will need in the future?

A case study will also be presented using a Job Quoting/Estimating process. This study will examine the time it takes to develop a quote, the potential for errors and the issue of record keeping in MS Excel.

Join the discussion to find out why carrying out these processes in MS Excel is a time bomb waiting to explode.

Space is limited. Register now!
